Write every day.

Simple words, but not a simple action.

Do you write every day? Is it a sentence? A few hundred words? Or is it a few thousand?

Writing a page a day is better than writing nothing.

“Just write every day of your life. Read intensely. Then see what happens. Most of my friends who are put on that diet have very pleasant careers.”
—Ray Bradbury

I know life happens, and sometimes you can’t write. I’ve had those days too. More than I want to admit, but I also don’t let non-writing days affect the following days. Setting goals are something I enjoy doing – seeing them through is also I look forward to.

An accomplished business woman told me once, Set goals that are measurable and achievable.

So that’s what I do, I set writing goals with monthly miles stones (to measure my progress) and a hard set deadline every three to four months. If that seems too much for you, then set goals that you know you can meet.

I hope you attain your goals in 2019.
